Hot Milk Sponge Cake

 
 

 

 
 

2 egg
1 heaping cup sifted flour
1 cup sugar
3 level tea spoon baking pow
1/2 cup hot milk (not boiled)

Beat eggs seperate then add together & beat

add sugar slowly

add the flour & B-powder

stir well and add milk & level tea spoon vanilla

Baker in layer or loaf in slow oven.

Cool oven 250°F
Slow oven 250–350°F
Moderate oven 350–375°F
Hot oven 375–450°F
